Xoobo began with three friends, one design, and a bill that grew every time we added a seat. This is why we built it, and who builds it.
We wanted something simple: work on the same designs, with the same AI tools, as a team.
The tools we loved, like Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode, are built around one person at one keyboard. Sharing meant another plan for every teammate. Three of us cost three times as much. A fourth would have cost four.
For a small team, that math decides whether you hire someone, or pay for software instead.
So we tried the open-source models everyone was talking about: DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi. On their own they were cheap but rough. With the right harness around them, they built websites we were proud to send to clients.
That harness became Xoobo. It keeps the start of every request stable, so up to 99% of input is read from cache. It sends screenshots to cheaper vision models. And Sense remembers how you like work done, so you stop repeating yourself.
From our public benchmarks on DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, 26 Sep 2026.We met over SEO, and spent years doing its repetitive parts by hand: building backlinks, filling in the same forms, researching before every email.
Xoobo Bot is the API we wished we’d had. Send one request from n8n, Zapier, your CRM or your own app. It does the task in a real browser and sends the result back. Nothing to download.
We worked together for years before Xoobo had a name. That trust is why three people in three countries can ship like one team.

We’re building Xoobo for teams like ours: small, remote and careful with money. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you early.
